The Js

A word must be said about the Js... Justin and Jimmy - and I'm amazed that they haven't come up in my blog stories yet, because they are very blog-worthy. Although Justin did make it in a couple entries back because we went to the swing/salsa/waltz/whatever dance together. But I have come to know both Js pretty well and have lots of funny experiences with them, this one being a double date with them to our college cafe-ish/grill/game room (called The Stupe)...
It all started one evening when my friend Amanda and I were studying at the Stupe... Jimmy was one booth over and the three of us ended up in an ice-throwing fight, and probably some water too... I know, real mature, but it was tons of fun. So we started to leave to walk back to the dorm and what do you know, Jimmy jumps around the corner and dumps a cup of water on Amanda...! So sad! So she and I hurry back to the dorm, plotting what we can do to get back at Jimmy...
When we got to the dorm, we hurried upstairs to Jimmy's room because it was open floor. We are not the most experienced pranksters in the world, so we had quite a hard time coming up with something to do to him, and given that we were hard pressed for time, we came up with the best idea we could.
We took a garbage bag upstairs with us, meaning to steal Jimmy's sheets and comforter. However, once arriving in Justin and Jimmy's room, we could not figure out whose bed was whose! So... we had to take both sets of sheets and comforters off the bed and hurry down the back staircase... Now, I hadn't really known Justin before this... I think we might have met, but I just knew him as Jimmy's roommate and not much more besides what I'd heard from other girls, so I felt a little awkward walking away with his bed stuff. But Amanda and I made it to my room, where we sat down and wrote a ransom note demanding payment in return for the stolen items.
Long story short, they stole several more valuable items from me for revenge, and Amanda and I had to go on a date with them to get them back... ok, so maybe not HAD to, we GOT to... :-)
And where did they take us? Back to the Stupe, where it all started, for icecream, pool, darts, and lots of wierd pictures.
