So my favorite band Switchfoot is coming to Chicago at the end of October! Imagine my happiness and excitement at this news! I rush off to get tickets online so that I can see them for the first time in concert, and in place of the $21.50 tickets I was told there would be, there are $100 tickets. I'm a poor college student, as, it would seem to me, are many other avid Switchfoot listeners... What in the world are they doing selling tickets for $100? Who is buying them? So... sadly I will be in my small dorm room doing homework while all the people smart enough to buy tickets early, and those who aren't smart and spent $100 to buy a ticket, are jumping up and down screaming, and listening to my favorite band... So sad...
However, I will be going to a Caedman's Call concert this Saturday night for a much more reasonable price and enjoying it from the comfort of my own college campus. Very exciting! Hooray! :)
